What is VersiCell®?
VersiCell® is a high strength, lightweight subsurface drainage module crafted from 100 percent recycled polypropylene. Designed for subsoil drainage and waterproofing protection, these units efficiently replace heavy gravel and concrete layers in applications like green roofs, planter boxes, podium gardens, retaining walls, and plaza decks.
Once installed, VersiCell® rapidly captures and transports water through its open surface and high internal void volume. Its narrow profile allows for greater soil depth, supporting diverse planting options while also serving as effective protection for waterproofing membranes and offering thermal and acoustic insulation.
Designed for versatility, VersiCell® panels interlock in the same plane or at right angles and may also be butted together. Their compact, stackable design reduces on site storage needs and minimizes transport costs.

What is VersiTank®?
VersiTank® is a modular stormwater management system designed for infiltration, detention, or retention of rainwater. These high strength plastic modules can be joined together to create underground tanks that capture runoff from rooftops, parking lots, and other impermeable surfaces.
Once installed, VersiTank® temporarily stores stormwater and gradually releases it into the environment at a controlled rate, helping reduce flooding, prevent erosion, and support sustainable drainage solutions.
Lightweight yet durable, the panels are easily clipped together on site, forming stable structures that can bear heavy loads including vehicular traffic. The system is suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, and load capacity can be increased with optional stabilisers.
VersiTank® can also be used as a void filler in planter boxes and is ideal for rainwater harvesting, infiltration systems, and on site detention tanks.
What is VersiDrain®?
VersiDrain® is a high-performance green roof drainage system designed to manage water flow, promote healthy vegetation, and protect waterproofing membranes in landscape applications. Manufactured from lightweight and durable plastic, it provides efficient sub-surface drainage beneath green roofs, planter boxes, podium gardens, and other landscaped areas.
Once installed, VersiDrain® retains just the right amount of water to support plant growth while directing excess water safely to drains—helping prevent waterlogging, root damage, and structural stress.
Its modular panels are easy to install on-site and feature built-in drainage channels and water storage compartments. This makes VersiDrain® ideal for use in both intensive and extensive green roofing systems, as well as rooftop gardens, terraces, and planter boxes.
VersiDrain® contributes to sustainable building goals by enhancing stormwater management, reducing urban heat, and supporting green infrastructure performance in both residential and commercial developments.

The MEP® V2S Tray is an integrated green roof solution combining media, drainage, and irrigation into a single pre-assembled unit. Designed for speed and uniformity, it's ideal for projects requiring modular, easily maintained green roof systems.
Each tray, including accessories, saturated planting media, plants and stored water, weighs approximately 38 kg. The self-contained MEP® V2S Tray may be pre-planted in a nursery prior to installation to achieve instant greening of rooftops.
In the event that a layout modification is necessary, each MEP® V2S Tray can be added, removed, or rearranged without disruptions to the green roof’s functionality
